Care

Steam from a household kettle and a hard bristle hat brush will help remove dust and dirt. Brush the hat using short strokes, following the natural direction of the fibre.

Wet hats should be dried using a clean, absorbent cloth or sponge. Do not place a felt hat on a radiator as the heat will shrink the fibres and cause your hat to decrease in size.

Felt hats are best stored in a hat box, away from direct sunlight.

Materials

The Sandown is crafted of rabbit felt and is finished with a narrow grosgrain band and bow. It is unlined and features an internal leather sweatband to keep your hat secure.

Styling & Fitting

Like fedoras, you can opt to turn the brim of your hat up or down at the front or back, depending on what suits your personality, outfit, and mood best.

Trilby
