      What is an untrimmed hat?

      An untrimmed Panama hat is one where there is no internal sweatband or ribbon.

      How does it work to order a bespoke Panama hat?

      For a bespoke Panama hat purchased via our website,
      we will email you to organise a consultation, which can be held via
      video consultation or in person at our shop at 6 St. James's Street.
      If you have any questions please contact us.

      How long would the bespoke service take?

      Upon consultation, our hatsmith will advise you accordingly. Depending on the requirements, this service may take up to four weeks.

      How do I go about measuring my head size at home?

      Using a tape measure, measure around your head in either centimetres or inches just above your ears. All of our hats come sized and we've set the default on our website to European sizing (centimetres). Visit our sizing page for more information.

      Can a bespoke hat be returned?

      Bespoke hats that have been made to order and customised for the customer are not eligible to be returned for a refund.
