Escorial Wool Fedora

A definitive accessory through time, fedoras have been on the heads of countless influential figures.

The Stafford fedora is crafted from our exclusive Escorial wool, a perfect medium for this statement style. The Escorial fibre is like a curled spring and it is this characteristic that makes Escorial hats lightweight and resilient.

Care

Steam from a household kettle and a hard bristle hat brush will help banish any dust and dirt from a wool hat. Brush the hat using short strokes.

Wet hats should be dried using a clean, absorbent cloth or sponge. Do not place a felt hat on a radiator as the heat will shrink the fibres and cause your hat to decrease in size.

Felt hats are best stored in a hat box, away from direct sunlight.

Materials

The Stafford fedora is crafted from our exclusive Escorial wool, which, with its origins of having served the Spanish Royal Family, is the perfect medium for this statement style. Escorial is a rare and luxurious wool, which today can only be found in small numbers in Australia and New Zealand. This hat is fully lined.

Styling & Fitting

You can flip the snap brim of your fedora up or down, depending on what you feel most comfortably suits you and your look. Most tend to flip the brims of their fedoras down at the front and up at the back, some like to leave theirs flat, whatever you feel works best for your personality.
